Sharing a Reset

Sending a Reset to a colleague is a great way to remind them to take short breaks throughout the day. Follow these simple steps to share a Reset on the Thrive web platform, or check out this article for instructions on Reset sharing in Microsoft Teams.

1. Visit the Reset page on the Thrive platform

2. Find a Reset you want to share and click the link icon in the bottom right corner

3. Click Copy and send the link to your coworkers — they will thank you for the reminder! 

Note: Only users with a Thrive account can open Reset Sharing links. If a user who does not have a Thrive account opens this link, they will be prompted to create one.
