Sharing a Reset in Microsoft Teams

Sending a Reset to a colleague is a great way to remind them to take short breaks throughout the day and focus on their breath. Follow these simple steps to share a Reset on the Thrive for Teams app, or check out this article for instructions on Reset on the web platform.

1. On the Thrive Home tab, navigate to the Reset page

2. Find a Reset you want to share and click the link icon in the bottom right corner

3. Click Share to Teams and type the coworker, group, or channel you want to send to, then click Share
