Thrive's Reset App in Webex

Stress is inevitable, but cumulative stress is avoidable. The Thrive Reset app in Webex helps reduce stress in just 60 seconds — before, during, or after your Webex meeting. Here's how everyone in your meeting can play a Reset:

1. Start or join a Webex Meeting!
2. Click on the Apps button on the right panel to see a list of available apps.
   
   
   Note: If your organization has disabled the Thrive Reset app on Webex, you will need to request your Webex administrator to re-enable it. They can do so in the Webex Control Hub console – admin.webex.com.
3. Search for "Thrive" and select "Thrive Reset." Tip: Favorite the Thrive Reset app so you can more easily find it next time!
   
   
4. Select "Open for all" to share the app with all your meeting participants.
   
5. Select the "Pop Out" button for a fullscreen view. 
   
6. Each meeting participant can then select their favorite Reset to play. Note: Remind all participants to mute their microphones to allow everyone to enjoy their Reset!
   
   
7. Allow all of your meeting participants an uninterrupted Reset experience for 90 seconds. Then, select "Close for all" to end the meeting's Reset.
