Connecting Oura with Thrive

How to connect to Oura Ring:

1. Open the Thrive website or app and head to the Health & Fitness Apps tab in your profile.

   
    

2. Select "Connect" in the Oura tile. This will open the Oura login screen.
3. Enter your Oura credentials.

4. Select what data you agree to share between your app and Thrive. Click accept, and then you're done!
   
   As a reminder, Thrive collects only the data needed to help measure your wellbeing and provide personalized scores and recommendations.  Any data you provide is aggregated and anonymized, except when participating in company challenges where your activity is associated with a display name of your choosing.
