You can connect to the below apps: Apple Health Health Connect by Google/Android Oura Google Health (formerly Fitbit) Strava Garmin Withings iHealth MapMyFitness Withings VitaDock See how to connect to these apps here. If you'd like to connect an app that isn't on the list above, don't worry, there's a way around that! All mobile devices have some sort of native health app that can pull in data from other apps and connect to Thrive.Connecting via Apple HealthIf you use an iOS device, you can first connect your desired app with Apple Health, and then connect Apple Health to Thrive. Then the data from your favorite health app will be connected to Thrive through Apple Health.Connecting via Health Connect by Google/AndroidIf you use an Android device, you can first connect your desired app (e.g., Google Fit, Samsung Health) with Health Connect by Google/Android, and then connect Health Connect to Thrive. Then the data from your favorite health app will be connected to Thrive through Health Connect.Connecting via other supported appsIf you don’t want to sync via Apple Health or Health Connect, you’ll have to share data from your health app to one of the apps on the list of available connections, and make sure you’re sharing that data with Thrive.Example: Connecting Samsung Health to Thrive via StravaFor example, Samsung Health is not one of the native connections supported by Thrive. However, Strava is. To connect Samsung Health to Thrive, simply sync Samsung Health data with Strava, and then connect Strava to Thrive.
