What if I didn’t open Thrive at all that day — will my activity still be logged? Permanently deleted user August 20, 2025 20:36 Updated We’ll always do our best to count and log your activity, even if you don’t open the Thrive app, so you can continue making progress towards your activity goals. Please keep in mind that we do have some limitations. If you sync your steps through Apple Health, you will need to open the Thrive mobile app to sync your step data with Thrive. If you sync your steps through Oura, you’ll need to sync your ring with your Oura app for your step data to sync with the Thrive app. If you sync your steps through any other app, you’ll need to sync your device to its corresponding app for it to sync with the Thrive app. If you’re finding that your steps are not logging as you’d expect, please review our troubleshooting guide.
