It’s been a few weeks–why hasn’t my Thrive Score changed? Katherine Ward October 29, 2025 17:20 Updated We generate a new Thrive Score for you every three weeks or every time you answer a set of reflection questions. You can look for the “Next update in…” timestamp beneath your Thrive Score to see when to expect updated scores. If you’re not seeing your scores change, it’s likely we didn’t have enough inputs to calculate a new score. When this happens, we’ll gray out any stale scores, so you know where we’re missing inputs. The quickest fix to this is to click the prompt to “Answer a few questions.” This will take you to a short, randomized set of reflection questions that you can answer to get updated scores for each Core Health Behavior in 3 minutes or less. You can also connect a health & fitness app or device to feed more passive inputs into your Thrive Score, or you can look for the “Thrive Score Driver” label on Daily Check-in questions to know which questions to prioritize for impacting your scores.
