How is my Thrive Score calculated? Katherine Ward May 08, 2026 18:54 Updated Thrive Score offers a simple yet dynamic tool for you to capture a snapshot of your wellbeing, identify your top opportunities, and track your progress as you pursue lasting behavior change through Thrive. We use a number of sources to calculate your Thrive Score. Depending on how you interact with Thrive, your score may be comprised one or many of the following:Baseline Assessment: The Baseline Assessment is a short questionnaire that can be completed in 5 minutes or less to gauge your wellbeing across the five Core Health Behaviors: Food, Movement, Sleep, Stress Management, and Connection. We recommend taking the Baseline Assessment early in your Thrive journey, as it is the best way to ensure you receive a complete Thrive Score covering each Core Health Behavior. Progress Assessments: Every few weeks after completing the Baseline Assessment, we’ll prompt you to take a moment to reflect on a subset of the assessment questions. Answering these routine reflection questions is the best way to keep your Thrive Score up-to-date across all five Core Health Behaviors. “Thrive Score Driver” Daily Check-in’s: “Thrive Score Drivers” are embedded in your Daily Check-in questions to help gather incremental updates on Core Health Behaviors related to your intention. They’re quick to respond to, but because they’re specific to your intention, they won’t influence all of your Core Health Behavior scores. Health & fitness app or device data: Our goal is to minimize the manual inputs needed to keep your Thrive Score up-to-date by using only the data you choose to share with us through connected apps or devices. If you choose to share it with us, we’ll use your step counts as a key input for informing your Movement score.
