I respond to Daily Check-in’s–why hasn’t my Thrive Score changed? Katherine Ward May 08, 2026 19:01 Updated Not all Daily Check-in questions influence your Thrive Score. Only those that indicate they are Thrive Score Drivers will impact your scores. You can expect to see up to two Thrive Score Drivers every three week update cycle for each Core Health Behavior your intention focuses on. For example, if your intention focuses on Food and Movement and you're scheduled to receive a DCI every weekday, you can expect to receive two Thrive Score Drivers covering Food and two covering Movement every three-week update cycle. If you update your DCI preferences to be less frequent, you may receive Thrive Score Drivers less frequently as a result. In the Thrive desktop app, mobile app, and in Slack, you can look for the “Thrive Score Driver” label to determine which questions will impact your Thrive Score. In MS Teams, you can look for the “Today’s Daily Check-in impacts your Thrive Score” header to determine which questions will impact your Thrive Score.
