Why are my responses missing when I resume my Baseline Assessment?

Our Thrive Score data model is designed to capture a snapshot of your wellbeing at a given point in time. Especially as we’re calculating your baseline, it’s essential that your assessment responses all fall within a 7 day window, so we can give you the most accurate scores. 

If you resume your Baseline Assessment within 7 days of starting it, you’ll see your old responses already populated. If you resume your Baseline Assessment more than 7 days after starting it, we’ll ask you to start from the beginning, so you get the most accurate representation of your wellbeing.
