It's tied directly to your intention and the core health behaviors that support it — so the question you see is always relevant to what you're working on, whether that's food, sleep, movement, stress management, or connection.Taking just a moment to answer helps Thrive understand where you are so it can better support where you want to go. Depending on your response, you may also see relevant resources from your company — like wellbeing programs, EAP information, or other support — surfaced right when you might need them most.🔒 Your privacy is protected. Your individual responses are never shared with your employer. All responses are anonymized and aggregated, and results are never reported when there are fewer than 20 responses.How to complete your Daily Check-InYou can take your Daily Check-In wherever you use Thrive:On the Thrive web or mobile appYour Daily Check-In appears on your Home screen each day. Only questions labeled "Thrive Score Driver" contribute to your Thrive Score.
