So we've intentionally designed our push notifications to help you keep Thriving and stay on top of your well-being goals, without compromising your healthy boundary with technology! How to Manage Push Notifications on Your Mobile Device Make sure you have the latest version of Thrive on your iOS or Android devices. When you open the app for the first time you should be prompted to turn on notifications. You can change this preference at any time in your device notification settings. If you don't see this prompt, skip to the next step! Click on the top right circular profile icon which should have your initials or avatar. Select Notification Settings and toggle on notifications for the Daily Check-In and Challenges to stay up to date with your progress.
