Please make every effort to reschedule sessions within the same business week. Why didn't my canceled session count toward my session total?We understand that schedules can shift. That’s why your first missed or late-rescheduled session will be waived. You'll still see a record of your canceled session if you filter your dashboard for Canceled Sessions, but it won't display or count toward your session total in your session tracker. Why did my canceled session count toward my session total?After your first missed or late-canceled session, any subsequent missed or late-canceled sessions will count toward your total number of sessions to respect your coach’s time and availability.
