Getting Started with Coaching Katherine Ward November 21, 2025 00:15 Updated When you've been granted access to Coaching, you'll see it in your main menu of tabs here: To get started, click the Coaching tab. You'll land on the introduction page: Click "Get Started" to launch the onboarding wizard.The onboarding wizard will gather some information from you about your preferences for a Coach, then present you with one or more coaches that match your preferences.There are options for:What language you'd like your coach to speakYour time zoneThe best times for you to meet with a coachWhat topics you'd like to discuss with your coach initiallyIf your employer offers multiple coaching formats (e.g., onsite vs virtual), you may also see an option to select between available formats and/or locations. After making your selection, click "Next" on each screen to advance to the next question and receive your matches. From here, you can click in to read more about a recommended coach's profile, or you can use the filter options below to browse for additional options. Once you've found your preferred coach, click "Confirm" from the coach's bio to open the scheduler. You won't be officially matched with this coach until you schedule your first session, so either: Select a date and time that works for you, then click "Schedule session" to finalize your match. "Cancel" to navigate back to the coach selection screen if the coach's availability does not meet your needs. Congratulations! You've scheduled your first session and can expect to hear from your coach shortly. Keep an eye out for an email from your coach with a link to get started with your pre-coaching assessment.
