Katherine Ward February 25, 2026 17:40 Updated We want you to have the best coaching experience possible, and that starts with finding a coach you connect with and share availability with. If you find that your current coach is not meeting your needs, you can make a switch from your Coaching Dashboard. Click "View profile" to open your current coach's profile. Select "Change coach" to navigate to the Change your coach page. Browse your best matches or scroll through the full coach catalog. When you find a coach that meets your needs, select "Continue" from their coach profile. Acknowledge the consents, then select "Switch coach" to confirm your new match. Please note that when you switch coaches, any existing scheduled sessions with your previous coach will be canceled. If previously scheduled sessions are within the 12 hour cancelation window, they will be subject to the cancelation policy. By switching coaches, you consent to sharing any previous coaching assessment results with your new coach. Congratulations! You can now start booking sessions with your new coach.
