How to find your Thrive User ID

When contacting Support for a technical issue, it is always helpful if you can include your email address associated with Thrive and your User ID. 

To find your User ID:

1. Click the Avatar image or your initials on the upper right hand corner

2. Select the Profile link from the drop down

3. Scroll down in your Profile until you see the User ID field

4. Copy the User ID or take a screenshot to send in your support ticket
