Microsoft Sign in

Microsoft Social Sign on is now available for all users whose companies have Thrive for Teams. 

This means that users at a company who have Microsoft Teams enabled, will be able to sign in with their Microsoft Teams credentials instead of having to sign up again with Username/Password or company SSO.  

Do I need to sign in with Microsoft? Can I still use my old sign in method?

Nope! This is simply an additional way to get access to your Thrive account, and avoid using a different sign in method than what you're already using at work. If you're already signing in with a username/password, or a different SSO method, you can continue using this.

I am blocked when trying to sign in with Microsoft.

We align with Microsoft best practices around login. Specific companies may have additional policies or restrictions on their user devices outside the control of Thrive. Please reach out to your IT department for any concerns.

Can I sign in with Microsoft if my company doesn't have Thrive for Teams?

At this time no, we only support signing in with Microsoft for companies who already are using Microsoft sign in methods with MS Teams. Please reach out if your organization is interested in expanding, and using Thrive for Teams!
