Email and Company Validation for Personal Email Users Thrive Product Manager November 02, 2023 16:31 Updated We're adding a new validation check to help make sure you end up in the right company, and with the right email address! This will help make sure you're seeing the right content for your account! Any new Thrive users who sign up with an unaffiliated email domain (ex: Gmail, Hotmail, etc) will be prompted to confirm their company via email at sign up. Existing users will see a notice in their profile icon (see below) that tells them they need to confirm their details. Experience for users signing in with a company email, or via SSO: You will not have to verify your account as we know your account belongs to the company you signed up with! Experience for users signing in with a personal email New users: You will get an email asking you to confirm your email and company upon sign up (check your spam if it hasn't arrived!) Existing users: You will see an alert in the top right corner of your application. Click this, and you'll be directed to trigger the validation email and confirm your account! How to let us know if your company or email are incorrect You can send us a note via the help center in the app (found by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner), or from the verification page once the email is sent to you!
