Watch and Share Thrive Resets in Slack

Stress is inevitable, but cumulative stress is avoidable. The Thrive Reset command in Slack allows you to reduce stress in just 60 seconds — without leaving the Slack app. Here's how you can watch a Reset on demand or share a reset within Slack channels or chats with your colleagues! 

1. Trigger a Reset by typing /thrive reset into any Slack Channel or DM. 
2. You can decide if you want to watch a Reset privately or share it with others. If you select "Just for Me," nobody else will receive a Reset. If you want to share it with others, select "For Everyone."
3. If you selected "Just for Me," your Thrive app in Slack (found under "Apps") will have your Reset waiting for you in the chat! If you selected to share the Reset with others, they will see that Reset as a new message in that Channel or DM.
