With the Daily Check-In, you'll be able to start your days by reflecting on how you're feeling and get in-the-moment tips, inspiring content, and fun surprises along the way. And just so you know, all your answers and information stay completely anonymous and safe! Subscribing to the Daily Check-In on Slack: To begin receiving your Daily Check-In from Thrive, type the command /thrive subscribe in any Slack chat or channel. You will see a message confirming you have subscribed to Thrive. After answering your Daily Check-In: After you respond to your reflect question, you will receiving a recommended Microstep to complete that day. That Microstep is personalized to you based on your Thrive Journey and your activity within Thrive. With this Microstep you will have the option to complete the Microstep by selecting "I'll do this", get additional Microsteps by selecting "Show me more Microsteps", or watch your daily Journey lesson video by selecting "Learn more". You can also schedule a Microstep reminder for later, either as an event on your Google, Outlook, or Office365 calendar, or as a Slack notification. Managing Daily Check-In Notification Frequency: If you want to reduce your notifications and receive your Daily Check-In question less frequently, you can do so at any time by using the command /thrive preferences and choosing the 'Less Frequent' option. This is also where you can change the time of day you receive your Daily Check-In. To completely unsubscribe from Thrive, use the command /thrive unsubscribe.
