Thrive for Teams Implementation Best Practices zendesk-pm-1 August 17, 2023 19:26 Updated There are some best practices that we recommend your Teams Administrator(s) should implement to make the onboarding process easier: Auto install: We recommend your Teams Admin to install the Thrive 3rd Party Teams app on behalf of eligible employees by creating a new App Setup Policy. This will apply to existing employees at the launch and net-new employees after the initial launch. Pin apps: Admins can pin apps and they can allow users to pin apps. Pinning an app displays the app in the app bar in the Teams client. Pinning is used to highlight apps that are needed the most by users and promote ease of access.
