Taking the Biotypes Quiz on the Thrive Platform

The Biotypes quiz is an additional benefit to the Thriving Mind experience. It helps users understand their response to negative stress levels. There are two ways to access the quiz directly from the Thrive platform: 

1. Library Tab: Go to the Library tab, scroll to 'Courses', and select 'Thriving Mind'
