Thrive is in the Wrong Language for Me! Bobby Caruso October 13, 2023 21:07 Updated Thrive might not be set to your language for a few reasons. Here are a few things to check! Make sure you’ve selected your language in your Thrive profile. Follow those instructions here! You’ll only have to do this once, and your language choice will be saved across web, the Thrive mobile app, and Teams. Your browser or device might be in the wrong language. We do our best to put our content in the language you expect, but ensuring your device is in the correct language is the best way to make sure! We currently offer Thrive content in: English, Spanish, French (Canada), French (France), Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. If you, or someone at your organization, is interested in content in a language other than these, please reach out to support@thriveglobal.com. Note: Thrive will default to the language your device is set to. If you mobile device is set to Spanish, that is the language the app will display. If your MS Teams account is set to English, the app will be in English. If you change your language on the Home page in Teams but your MS Teams account remains in English, the Home page will reflect the new language but the Daily Check-In in the chat tab will be in English.
