Microsoft Teams Slack Mobile GDPR / Privacy Requests On MS Teams Type settings in the chat with Thrive Global. In the dialog that appears, pick the frequency of days and times of Daily Check-In messages you would like to receive. You cannot opt out of Daily Check-In messages completely using the Settings dialog. If your company uses the Daily Reset Reminders feature, you can toggle it on or off from this dialog as well. If you change your mind later, you can type settings again and update your preferences. Type unsubscribe in the chat with Thrive Global. This will stop the Daily Check-In messages. If you change your mind later, you can type subscribe to start the Daily Check-In messages again. You can use the "unpin" feature of MSTeams to hide the Thrive Global icon from your navigation menu. If you change your mind later, you can find the Thrive Global app under the Three-Dot menu and use the "pin" feature. You can use the "mute" feature of MSTeams to silence notifications from Thrive Global. If you change your mind later, you can use the "unmute" feature. You can use the "block bot conversation" feature of MSTeams to opt out of all communications from Thrive Global. If you change your mind in the future, you'll have to both "unblock" the conversation and also actively engage with the chat, such as typing subscribe or settings in order to let us know that you wish to interact with us again. If your company permits it, you can remove the Thrive Global app from your MSTeams instance. Please note that it is a feature of MSTeams that individuals cannot remove any app that has been installed by your organization. Click "Apps" Click "Manage your apps" Click the arrow next to Thrive Global If your company allows removal you'll see a garbage can icon at the far right If not, you'll see an info icon and a message On Slack Type /thrive preferences into any Slack channel. In the dialog that appears, pick the frequency of days and times of Daily Check-In messages you would like to receive. You can also opt out of Daily Check-In messages completely using the Preferences dialog. If you change your mind later, type /thrive preferences again and update your settings. Type /thrive unsubscribe into any Slack channel. This will stop the Daily Check-In messages. If you change your mind later, you can type /thrive subscribe to start the Daily Check-In messages again. You can use the "mute" feature in Slack to ensure that messages from Thrive Global do not trigger a notification. You'll still see the Thrive Global app in the left nav with a red number badge for any unread messages. On Mobile You can manage several types of Thrive Notifications within the Thrive Global app. Click the profile dot in the upper right hand corner (it's a purple dot with your initials unless you've customized it) Click "Notification Settings" Click the toggles to set your notification preferences On Android or iOS, go to Settings > Notifications to manage your preferences about the style of your notifications.
