Thrive for Genesys - Help Center Article Andy Stefano September 04, 2025 19:29 Updated Thrive for Genesys is a well-being app founded on science backed principles to improve your agent’s well-being and productivity through targeted Intervention calls. In these calls the agents are presented with a 60 second curated video designed to teleport the user into a de-stressed state of mind. These calls happen in the flow of work and take up only 3 minutes of your agent's day. Installing “Thrive for Genesys” from the AppFoundryNavigate to the “Thrive for Genesys” app listing page on Genesys AppFoundry. Click on the “Free Trial” button and follow the instructions.Activating Thrive for GenesysTo begin, navigate to the Admin section and select Integrations, followed by Integrations again. Then, locate the Thrive tile and click "install." Finally, change the status toggle to "Active" to complete the installation. Viewing the Thrive for Genesys AppAfter activating the status toggle, click on the “Thrive” integration to access configuration details (click the 3 dot menu). Please select any roles that will be allocated the “integration: thrive:view” permission, which should be exclusively granted to administrators/supervisors who need to view and configure the Thrive application. To implement the changes, click “Save” and refresh the browser window. Start the Wizard and self-install processNavigate to Apps > Thrive in the top menu. The Self-install Wizard will then initiate. FAQMy agents are not receiving any Thrive ResetsMost likely your agents are either not assigned to the right Queue or do not have the correct permissions. Start first by going to the Thrive Admin page and ensure that your queue is configured. Navigate to that queue in your admin settings and make sure that agent is assigned. Final check is to navigate to Roles and Permissions page in your admin settings.
