Getting Started with Thrive for Teams

Click here to access Thrive on Teams. Note: the Teams administrator at your organization must have granted you access and depending on how your administrator provisioned the Thrive for Teams experience, there are a few different ways you can access your account. 

Some quick terminology to review to help you understand the different experiences:

• Auto-Install: If your organization's Teams administrator has chosen to auto-install the Thrive Global app on your Microsoft Teams account, that means that you will not need to manually add Thrive to your Teams account. 
• Pinning: If your organization's Teams administrator has auto-installed Thrive Global on your Microsoft Teams account, they may have chosen to also pin it on your sidebar. This feature is used to highlight important apps and make them easily accessible. If you see the Thrive Global leaf icon on your Teams sidebar, then it has been pinned for you. You can also pin Thrive manually, see instructions below.

Getting Started: Auto-Installed & Pinned

If your administrator installed Thrive Global to your Teams account and you see the Thrive Global leaf icon on your Teams sidebar, no further action is required for you to access your account. Simply click on the Thrive Global icon and get started!

Getting Started: Auto-Installed without Pinning

If your administrator has installed the Thrive Global application on your behalf but you don't see it on your Teams sidebar, you will need to take these steps to access your account.

1. Click on the three circles above the Apps section.

2. Search for ‘Thrive Global’ in the available applications. Click on the leaf icon to open the application.

3. Pin the Thrive Global application to your sidebar for the best experience. Do this by right clicking on the Thrive Global icon and select the ‘Pin’ option from the drop down list.

Getting Started: Not Auto-Installed

If your administrator hasn't installed the Thrive Global application to your Teams on your behalf, you will need to take these steps to access your account.

1. Click on the Apps section and search for Thrive Global.​ Alternatively click on this deep link for access to the Thrive app on Teams. 

2. Click the 'Add' button to install the application to your Microsoft Teams interface.

3. Once installed, pin the Thrive Global application to your sidebar for the best experience by right clicking on the Thrive Global icon and select the ‘Pin’ option from the drop down list.
