Harness the power of accountability and community to make healthy habits stick! Here's how you can join a Group within your company. If you want to create a new Group, learn how here. Click into your profile on Thrive and select the option for My groups. This will take you to the Groups page. Here you can join as many Groups as you'd like - just choose a Group you're interested in and select the "+" button to join it. A checkmark indicates that you're already a member of that Group. You can search to find a particular Group. If you don't find the Group you're looking for, you can create one! A Group activity feed will show when Group members check into a Microstep or watch a Reset! Need more help?
