How can I switch to a different Company Challenge team or participate as an Individual?

If you have joined a Thrive Company Challenge group and you'd like to participate in the challenge  on a different team or as an individual, please follow these steps:   

1. Navigate to the Challenges tab within Thrive 

2. Click into the Company Challenge by clicking on the "Keep going" or "View" buttons 

3. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner next to the Invite button

4. This will pop up a Challenge Settings screen where you can choose to Join a different team or Participate individually.
