If accessing Thrive via your Work Phone If you have a wearable (other than an Apple Watch), then you can simply connect Thrive to your wearable source (Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Google Pixel, etc.) - see how here If your device does not support Apple Health, Apple Watch will not sync to your Thrive account If you do not have a wearable, you can log activities manually for Company Challenges - scroll down to see more If accessing Thrive via your Personal Phone This is the easiest way to get all your health and activity data to pull into Thrive. If you have an Apple Watch, simply connect Thrive to Apple Health - see how here If you have any other wearable, then you can simply connect Thrive to your wearable source (Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Google Pixel, etc.) If you don’t have a wearable, carry your smart device in your pocket and connect to the applications you use to track your activity (Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, Strava, etc.) If you do not have a wearable or smart device, you can log activities manually Add manual activities right from the Challenge page: Need more help?
